Terms and Conditions
- By accepting our quote/ paying the deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
- 50% non-refundable deposit secures the event date.
- Full balance payable 3 working days prior to function to confirm the event date & time.
- Crafty Mobile Bars Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances leading to cancelling of the event, such as, but not limited to, acts of God, power outages, strikes or miscommunication from client – strictly no refunds will be given.
- Event dates and times are confirmed strictly on a first come first serve basis.
- All services and items are subject to availability.
- Strictly no cash or stock refunds will be given on unused stock.
- Only once client confirms overages to our Business WhatsApp will the on site team be instructed to enter into overages.
- Overages will be billed the following working day and must be settled within 3 working days.
- Minimum of 50 servings on all bars, except for Gelato which is a minimum of 100 servings.
- Most of our mobile bars require a nearby power outlet & water supply.
- Client will be liable for any breakages or losses for glassware & crockery.
- We accept no responsibility for any damage/theft/loss during any event or function.
- The onus is on the client to ensure ease of access for all staff and vehicles.
- Delivery and set up the day before an event as well as collection and strike the day after an event will incur additional fees.
- We are not responsible for loadshedding, client must provide back up power supply where necessary.
- Strictly no machinery/equipment will be moved once cooling/heating has commenced to avoid damage to the machinery and injury to our staff.
